A corporate real estate video presenting a 56.07-hectare property divided into two sections, located in La Gamba, Golfito. The piece covers access by land, sea and air —from the Inter-American Highway to the Marina and Golfito Airport— and its natural surroundings, including the La Gamba Tropical Station and Piedras Blancas National Park. Noctavox Films produced a 3D scan of the property, combined with 4K drone footage, color grading, music and motion graphics to clearly present the land's boundaries and sections.

Noctavox Films is a Costa Rican audiovisual production company founded and led by Javier Vargas, a professional with over 10 years of experience in broadcast television. His background includes live TV production, master control operation, multicam editing, professional content data and metadata management, and delivery of broadcast-ready materials meeting U.S. and Latin American standards for TV networks and international streaming platforms.
We own a full multicamera production kit, including Sony and Canon cameras, motorized cameras, a professional 5.5-meter TV crane, an 8-channel switcher with per-channel ISO recording, professional lighting, audio and stabilization equipment, and a drone with a pilot certified by Costa Rica's Civil Aviation Authority. This infrastructure allows us to execute full live productions — from festivals and podcasts to reality shows — as well as short films and documentaries at the highest technical and narrative level.
