Yes. The ADIFORT reels were edited from phone footage: we color graded it, cleaned up the audio and added graphics and subtitles.

It depends on the goal. Short reels work best for reach; for informational topics, such as a breast self-exam guide, a longer, well-paced format keeps attention.
